Both blends extract evenly, hold their sweetness through milk and stay forgiving when the queue is out the door.
A good starting point is about 18g in and 36g out in 27 to 30 seconds. Adjust from there to suit your machine and taste. We’ll help you dial it in when your first order arrives.

Can you supply our café with a house coffee?
Yes. Cape Blend is a specialty medium roast built to be a dependable house blend, and Dark Roast is there if your customers prefer something stronger.
How often can we order?
As often as you need, with no contract. Most cafés settle into a weekly or fortnightly order once they know their volumes.
Do you help with dialling in?
Yes. We’ll share a starting recipe for your machine and help you adjust it, so your espresso tastes the way it should from day one.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the blend and your volumes. Send us an enquiry and we’ll come back to you with café pricing and a free sample.
Do you deliver outside Cape Town?
